What is Home Service Partners?

Home Service Partners Inc is a Massachusetts home-services company based in Westminster, MA. We bundle lawn care, snow removal, HVAC tune-ups, roof inspections, and other recurring home services into one monthly subscription with a Stack & Save discount, and we quote one-time projects like mini-split installs, roofs, solar, plumbing, and tree work.

Where do you work?

Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Vermont, Rhode Island, Connecticut, and Maine (north to Bangor). Our registered office is 41 Edro Isle Road, Westminster, MA 01473.

How does Stack & Save pricing work?

Your services are sorted by monthly price, highest first. The first line is full price, the second is 10% off, the third is 20% off, and every line after that is 25% off. A 3-year contract takes another 5% off the whole stack, and paying annually up front takes a further 5%. The calculator on the home page shows your exact number — no sign-up required.

How much does the subscription cost?

Each service has its own monthly price, listed in the live calculator on the home page. Pick the lines you want and the calculator applies the Stack & Save discount automatically.

What are the contract terms?

1-year minimum contract, auto-renews annually. 3-year option available, auto-renews as 1-year after the initial term. Cancellation requires 30 business days written notice. Price locked for the initial term. Any renewal adjustment comes with 30 calendar days notice. Add, remove, or change services any time — your stack discount recalculates automatically.

Can I cancel?

Yes. Cancellation requires 30 business days written notice. The initial term is one year (or three if you choose the 3-year option), after which the subscription auto-renews annually.

Can I change my services after I sign up?

Yes — add, remove, or change services any time from your customer portal. Your stack discount recalculates automatically.

Who actually does the work?

HSP coordinates the work and stands behind it. Jobs are performed by HSP and by our vetted local Build Partners — independent landscapers, roofers, HVAC and solar crews, plumbers, and arborists who submit their licenses, insurance, and tax paperwork before they are approved.

Are you licensed and insured?

Home Service Partners Inc holds Massachusetts Home Improvement Contractor registration #217028 and is a registered Massachusetts corporation. Build Partners carry their own licenses and insurance, verified during onboarding.

Do you offer one-time jobs, or only subscriptions?

Both. Recurring services (lawn, snow, tune-ups, inspections) are subscriptions. Projects like a mini-split install, a new roof, solar, plumbing repairs, or tree removal are quoted individually.

Do you serve New Hampshire, Vermont, Maine, Rhode Island, and Connecticut?

Yes — all five, plus Massachusetts. In Maine our service area runs north to Bangor.

How do I sign in to my account?

Customers sign in at homeservicepartnersinc.com/login. Build Partners, Sales Partners, and Operations Partners use the partner sign-in at homeservicepartnersinc.com/partners.

I run a landscaping, roofing, HVAC, or solar business. Can I work with you?

Yes. Apply to become a Build Partner at homeservicepartnersinc.com/partners/apply. Build Partners bring their own customers, sell HSP services, refer homeowners, and take on jobs in their territory from one workspace.
