How Stack & Save works
Stack & Save is Home Service Partners's bundle discount. Your subscription services are sorted by monthly price, highest first. The first line is full price, the second is 10% off, the third is 20% off, and every line after that is 25% off. Choosing a 3-year term takes another 5% off the whole stack, and paying annually up front takes a further 5%. The discount recalculates automatically whenever you add or remove a service.
A worked example
Four services at $200, $100, $60 and $40 a month (round numbers for the example — real prices are in the calculator):

Pick the 3-year term and pay annually and another 10% comes off that total. Add a fifth or sixth line and each one is 25% off from the start.
What is on the menu
Recurring services — lawn care, snow plowing, driveway sanding, walkway shoveling and treatment, HVAC tune-ups, roof inspections, an electrical walkthrough, and a whole-home energy assessment — are subscription lines. Projects like a mini-split install, a new roof, solar, plumbing, or tree work are quoted individually. See all services.
Contract terms
- 1-year minimum contract, auto-renews annually.
- 3-year option available, auto-renews as 1-year after the initial term.
- Cancellation requires 30 business days written notice.
- Price locked for the initial term. Any renewal adjustment comes with 30 calendar days notice.
- Add, remove, or change services any time — your stack discount recalculates automatically.
Garage organization is a member benefit: $120 labor plus materials at cost, with 10% off labor for any active member. Not a stackable subscription.
